Why not a regular fence?

Most front-yard fences check one box: boundary. A HOMWY feature checks all of them.

Common questions

How much does a typical project cost?
Most installations range from $8,000 to $15,000, depending on frontage length, design complexity, and site conditions. We provide exact pricing in your personalized estimate.
How long does installation take?
From estimate approval to completed installation, most projects take 2–4 weeks. On-site installation itself is typically 1–3 days.
What maintenance does it need?
Virtually none. Reinforced concrete doesn't rot, warp, or need repainting. An occasional rinse with a garden hose is all it takes.
Will it match my home's style?
That's the point. Every feature is designed specifically for your property — we assess your home's architecture, landscaping, and street presence before proposing a design.
How is this different from a precast concrete fence?
Precast fences are mass-produced panels. A HOMWY feature is a sculptural installation — organic branch-like forms with a warm wood-tone finish, not flat slabs. It's architectural, not industrial.
Do you handle permits?
We guide you through the process. Most front-yard features in our service areas don't require permits, but we check your local code as part of the estimate review.
