By using Homwy, Professionals agree to pay for leads on a pay-per-lead basis, at rates set by Homwy and subject to change. Payments are final except in limited cases of technical error, as determined by Homwy.

Clients pay Service Professionals directly for services performed. Homwy is not a party to such transactions.

- allows Clients to connect with local Service Professionals;
- provides Service Professionals with qualified leads generated through Homwy’s advertising network;
- does not provide home services itself, and is not a party to any service contract between Clients and Professionals.

- misuse or attempt to circumvent Homwy’s payment system;
- use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
- copy, scrape, or resell Platform content without written consent.

Homwy provides the Platform “as is” and makes no warranties of any kind. Homwy is not responsible for:
- the acts, omissions, or quality of work of any Service Professional,
- the outcome of any Client–Professional transaction,
- any damages arising from use of the Platform.

- your interactions with Clients or Professionals,
- your violation of these Terms.
